Terms and Conditions for Tide Isles Laundry

Welcome to Tide Isles Laundry. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of our site and its services, including but not limited to premium laundry, dry cleaning, garment repair, express wash and fold, and eco-friendly cleaning options, is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our service.

2. Services Provided

• Premium Laundry Service: High-quality washing, drying, and folding of everyday garments.
• Dry Cleaning: Professional cleaning for delicate and specialty garments.
• Garment Repair: Minor mending and alterations as agreed upon.
• Express Wash and Fold: Expedited laundry service for convenience.

• Online Booking and Scheduling: Facilitation of service appointments through our online platform.

3. Ordering and Scheduling

• When placing an order through our site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Tide Isles Laundry. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Scheduled pickup and delivery times are estimates. While we strive to adhere to these times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

4. Garment Care and Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for checking garment care labels and informing us of any special instructions or delicate items.
• We exercise utmost care in processing items entrusted to us and use methods best suited to the nature and condition of each article. However, we cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage, or damage to articles due to inherent defects, weaknesses, or non-visible or discernible conditions.
• We are not responsible for items left in garments, such as money, jewelry, or other valuables. Please ensure all pockets are emptied before submission.
• In the rare event of damage or loss of an item, our liability will be limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item, up to a maximum of S$200.00 per order, unless an alternative agreement is made in writing prior to service.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing for our services is displayed on our site. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment is required upon completion of the service or at the time of order placement, as specified during the booking process.
• We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform.

6. Customer Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and respectfully. Any abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tide Isles Laundry and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tide Isles Laundry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
